But you would be missing a great, well-written tale. They continue to work toward the goal of the previous novel while sowing mayhem in their wake. Though the opposition should take some credit, since their policies have probably killed more innocent people. I lost several hours of sleep not being able to put the book down, needing to find out what happens next. I can’t wait for the next volume; I believe that that is when things will get real interesting.”

Elijah’s Quest by J. William Hauck
With 10+ ratings and a 4.7 star average, Elijah’s Quest is the second book in the Chronicles of the Watchers series. This series chronicles the struggles of Eli, an immortal, who is charged with influencing humans to save the world from his evil counterparts, but unable to do any direct opposition himself. This installment takes place in 1933, so there is a historical twist to this fantasy tale.
